Bartle,
a collective journey begun in 2005

Bartle sprang from the shared goal of its two founding partners, Max-Hervé Dujardin and Patrick Nicolle: to reinvent management consulting by offering tailored support to clients, breaking with the standardised methods that dominated the consulting market at the time.

Bartle was founded in 2005, and its journey continues today with the same emphasis on people and sharing.

Our firm is now led by a gifted management team comprising 17 partners and 19 directors. Transparent governance is a guiding principle: all our team members are encouraged to speak up and to choose how they participate in Bartle’s growth.
